Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, hair extensions are subject to a strict returns policy.

  • Opened, worn, altered, or used hair extensions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns are only accepted if items are unused, unopened, and returned within the specified timeframe.

  • Sale items and custom items are non-refundable.

6. Hair Care & Responsibility

Hair extensions require proper care. HairWorks is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper maintenance

  • Heat damage

  • Use of unsuitable products

Once hair extensions have been worn or altered, responsibility lies solely with the customer.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • HairWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
